岗位要求
一、岗位职责
1、负责国际期刊《City and Built Environment》编辑部的日常工作。
1）辅助期刊主编、副主编完善期刊运行，辅助联系编委会成员，负责编委会年度会议等的筹备工作，负责联系与出版社之间的日常信息沟通；
2） 协助与出版社保持沟通维持期刊投稿系统和网页的正常运行，协调多位主编、副主编、顾问委员会、编委会之间的信息沟通，负责期刊编辑部相关的财务和其它行政工作；
3）协助运营期刊公众号并定期发布期刊发展进展信息。
2、负责省级科研平台“绿色建筑与低碳城市国际科技合作基地”的日常工作，包括但不限于：与国外合作机构的日常联系，组织科研会议，安排专家来访等相关会务工作，辅助准备基地年度审核的资料，运营维护基地公众号，负责基地实验室的运行安全、学科团队计划实验的协助准备和安排。
二、招聘条件
1. 具有硕士学历及以上，条件优秀者可适当放宽学历要求，有期刊编辑相关经验的优先；
2. 英语水平可以满足与国外人员日常邮件交流与视频会议，可对建筑与城市领域英文科研论文有较好的理解能力；
3. 身体健康，性格开朗，责任心强； 4. 工作积极、肯干、细致，具有团队精神，能长期稳定工作。
Recruitment
We are recruiting 1 employee, who will work at Zhejiang University China, to engage in management work. 1、In charge of daily work related to the international journal “City and Built Environment”
2、In charge of daily work of international research center for green building and low carbon cities at the University.
Requirements
1. Have a master degree or above. It is preferable to have any experiences related to the editorial work.
2. Good English skills. Communicate with international parties through emails and online meetings. Ability to read scientific papers in the field of city and built environment.
3. Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
